I grow as much as I can efficiently on my land .25 acre in suburbs.
Current crops- tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, yellow squash, zucchini, peppers, pumpkins, blueberries, champagne grapes(maybe), rhubarb (1st year), chives, garlic, garlic chives, lemon grass, basil.
We can a lot.
I mean a lot.
If I could find raw milk easily I would be making my own butter, yogurt, ice cream, cheese.
Not allowed to have any farm animals where I live unfortunately.
I am going to try and get that changed as my town is literally a farm & soy crop town surrounded by the same and is the only one that can’t have at least chickens.
