What do you like about sherries? Just haven’t gotten into them much myself.

I love the aroma, the variety and I think they're one of the best to accompany a good meal. For diving in Manzanilla or Palo Cortado are great choices imo.

Good to know. I'll have to give these a shot. I just don't often think of a sherry when I want a wine for some reason.
