ive learned the key is getting 15 minutes of early morning sun when its primary Infrared spectrum. then 15 minutes of morning sun, when its IR, and UVa. Then 10 minutes of mid day sun, when its IR, UVa, and UVb. When you do this sequence, things happen hormonally that sets everything up for healthy hormonal balance, and circadian rhythm.
I ALWAYS burn. This year, since i’ve started this, i haven’t burned, and am actually tan. And the tan is the depositing of Eumelanin in the skin which improves your skins ability to process UVb light, which turns cholesterol into vitamin D, dhea, and a host of other positive things. It also sets up the modulation of Oxytosin, making social interactions easier and more rewarding. I never knew any of this stuff. life changing. even my eyesight has improved.
