Cause it’s like half the calories. It’s gross AF though. Just eat half of a regular sausage instead lol 😂

I make this healthy jambalaya that is like 75% as good as real jambalaya, but even though it’s low cal I always use real andouille.

Sausage is how you repurpose the low value parts of the animal.

The cheapest parts of a low value animal, cheaply raised on waste from fiat cash crops.

Chicken sausage is a shitcoin.

I'm seeing a lot of cheaper meat alternatives around since inflation really hit food prices. I looked at a bulk pack of chicken schnitzels the other day. It contained 40% chicken & a mix of flour, water & soy. 🤮
