we only experienced a problem with 2-4 character names. anything 5+ would have been fine. did you get a password after purchasing? can you login to the management site and verify that your public key is set to 8c9c53ee7f4df3a14b874086f96130ebf268024582b90df2f1765c2793e0e120?

I can log and I did get a password. My public key shows as: ca06afd96675833573c1377cd39b606f681da79cf081495f830b82c444bc22d7
I didn’t get a password, do I need to do something?
are you sure you registered on nostrplebs.com? from what i saw earlier it sounded to me like you used another service from another provider. i don't see your pubkey in our records.

Derek, when I try to paste npub format into nostrplebs.com/register, it looks like it tries to convert it to hex but fails.
you could head over to damus.io/key and convert your key prior to using nostrplebs.com.
Hola! So, there are 2 different encodings of your public key. There’s the one that starts with npub and is called bech32 encoding. Then there’s the hex version. So your hex version is 4cfd02fbafa82ea6099d1e9812e5e088edb46ea4689cd239687d870899c89d1e . If you paste that into nostrplebs.com it should work for you!
It looks like you did sign up for Bitcoin-101@no.str.cr as well with the same pub key. But It doesn’t look like you ever broadcasted that update to your profile. The last profile update on your public key that I can see is from October 16 2022 (https://www.nostr.guru/p/4cfd02fbafa82ea6099d1e9812e5e088edb46ea4689cd239687d870899c89d1e)
