No, they took your URL and used it in their notes. There were no triggers and we have no issues with hosting anything like this at all. If you have the same file, please reupload it as is and it should restore it. It needs to be the exact same file though to reclaim the same URL.

I used the one you uploaded. I can now see this one. Maybe changing the file name wasn't enough. I would have had to make a new img file, or something.

Ok, I know what the problem is. It is just cache on the CDN. I could see it in my part of the world, but in your part it is still cached as 404. It’ll recover in not time 😂🫂
