Choose your hard

Movement can change your physiology

Habits:

- plate method (easiest)

- log your meals (toughest but best)

- eat more protein (everyone)

- read labels

- get 30 min of activity

- drink more water (red lights)

- you must do the work

- think about your choices (mindset)

Hire a mentor to shortcut your time line to your goal

Get started with a coach

Broad and general or super specific and dialed in.

Focus on body change not the scale

Consistency overtime, don't be impatient

Make time for you.

Your kids are watching.

Find your fit in a gym.
