on Fedi you can, no concept of that on Nostr. They say Nostr is decentralized but uploads ruin that. I am surprised that they don't host uploads on relays, every other decent tech does
Nostr.build is hardcoded into the clients? That is a mistake, but it’ll probably be fixed. It’s really nbd.
