Why are there so many tired 20-30 year olds?

Hormones. Micro-plastics. Lack of sun, lack of sugar (yes), and not telling yourself to have some fun and let loose.

Having kids, ‘working hard,’ and whatever other excuse you have are all irrelevant. Get a hold of yourself and stop being tired.

Go take a real vacation and get your energy and mindset in check.

Does the source of sugar matter? Example: cane sugar vs fruit/honey

Not at all. It’s purely personal preference. I just like to have micronutrients with my sugar so I lean towards fruit and honey but pure can sugar in a Maine Root Mexican cola on Saturdays goes positively crazy.

There’s a reason everyone had so much energy and was lean pre 1971: good amounts of sugar and little linoleic acid (seed oils mainly)

I was not tired in my 20s, but nowadays I do get a bit tired from time to time.

The occasional tired feeling is alright. Always or a lot of the time feeling tired is not normal or justified for men under 50
