About 33 mins in when you're talking about other ways to connect, I could see the Bluetooth being super useful in disasters! (or sensitive things as you mentioned)
Other possibilities of networks that come to mind are LoRa and BATMAN. Both could be useful as the internet degrades into more centralization of infrastructure. 😅
