Is that a joke? I don’t get it
Yeah - it's a dark joke. Not everyone gets dark humor and under Stalin (the guy on the painting) not everybody got food (under his policies somewhere between 5-7 million Ukranians was starved to death during the Holodomor)...
As I said - its dark.
