Is it a possibility that Blackrock buys the USG’s #BTC? In this way Blackrock’s purchases don’t rocket the price and they can buy the whole bag at a set rate?

Overnight Blackrock is the biggest holder of #BTC in the world without having to do much or buy at inflated prices. They win again 😢
