I think I know how to do this already, streaming from mobile cam in the browser should be a piece of cake
Isn’t tattooing technically illegal in Japan?
ever seen irezumi? 👀
I wonder what they say to Yakuza.
I’ve read different things about Yakuza. Some saying if you see a tattooed Japanese person they’re definitely Yakuza. The article I posted said modern Yakuza might opt to not be tattooed to work under the radar. 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t know what to think anymore.
No, absolutely not. The older generation doesn’t always condone it or accept it, but it is in no way illegal and there are plenty of reputable tattoo parlours in Japan.
I knew there were reputable tattoo artists in Japan. I was just unfamiliar with a ruling in 2020. I thought tattoo artists were still having to work under the radar because it was classed as practicing medicine without a license.
The 2020 ruling changed classifications, prior to tattoo artists were required to have a medicine license in order to be a tattoo artist. The 2020 ruling changed that, meaning now people are not required to have a medical license in order to be a tattoo artist.
👍🏻 How difficult was it for a tattoo artist to obtain a medical license?
