Maybe I have cooking as a hobby too ? I feel pround for every little improvement in my home cooking like the fact I really deslike to use vinegar so I don't use at all. So I started using wine in its place and now the meat I store on the friedge last a lot longer and taste better.

I also enjoy the extra work of making natural juice and sweet it with honey.
