TestFlight users are users that receive updates early (beta versions) they can have early releases and help with the testing to detect bugs before the global release. These are the users that have features not available for the public yet

If you are not registered in TestFlight, you can only have updates when they are published on the App Store.

The next global update will surely be available tomorrow.
