Making cold brew coffee today, want to try to freeze dry it. It might be just me, but the flavors after freeze drying are enhanced. More than likely it’s dissolved solids level after rehydration. Haven’t taken the time to do a control trial on any of the stuff we freeze dry, just know it lasts a long time,Keeps more of its nutrients , and tastes yummy
