A bitcoin 50/50 would be a good idea. Say 5000 sats to enter. Whatever is collected 50% goes to one winner and the other 50% goes to charity.

50/50 style where you issue the numbers is the only way to ensure a winner. If you are basing it on another lottery you may never hit a jackpot.
