Aggravated assault but it was self defense against three attackers and my lawyer already got half the charges dropped.

There was an altercation at a bar, and then there was another altercation outside of a bar. In the second altercation it was three against one so I pulled a knife. The other people involved lied to the police and then they lied on the witness stand. But their lies in court didn't match up very well with their lies in the police reports.
One of the aggravated assault charges has already been dropped and the other will be dropped very soon I'm confident. My lawyer told the judge "if those three men had followed me down a dark street like that I would have shot them all!"

I'll get it back when this is all said and done but for now I'm court ordered in my pre-trial release conditions to possess no weapons. I'm also court ordered not to go into any bars or consume any alcohol. I'm fine with that last part. I really need to quit drinking. My doctor already told me a few months ago that I'm developing fatty liver disease. Us combat vets have a tendency to self meditate a little too much. From now on I'm going to get high on the spirit of the Lord.
