Company DEI HR training has many claims and statements that I disagree with.

Should I cave to my morals and values, sign, and keep working uninterrupted?

Or stand my ground, and try to have a conversation with leadership on why I won’t sign?

Have a feeling the company answer is going to be “we support all diversity and are inclusive of all, except if you disagree with our DEI program”.
