Hi Evelin, you can go into your primal premium section and there you will see a “Contact list backup” option. There you will find a history of your follows and restore the list if you want to.
It may be that maybe I don‘t understand how to do it 😏

In the mean time, check the web app! This happened to me and it was available on web when it wasn’t on the phone.
