Oof… Early last year I was living out my health goals. I woke up with the sun and grounded daily. I avoided carbs completely eating only meat and seeded fruits. I ran a mile everyday and every workout included HIIT, stretching, and 20 mins in the sauna. I drank raw milk, a gallon (or close to it) of water daily and didn’t eat processed anything. I was avoiding seed oils like the plague. I looked great, felt incredible, and slept like a baby every night.
I fell off hard in October and haven’t been able to get myself back to 100% since. It’s my goal to get back there but unfortunately, I fail at that everyday 😂
