Just filtered all my bacon fat. looks like I have roughly 1 cup worth. I generally use olive oil mixed with a spoonful of bacon fat to fry things like chicken and potatoes.

seriously thinking about getting in contact with a rancher or a butcher here in my area, so I can get beef tallow.
