Templates made by Hasher's/node runner. Coinbase tx to be distribution, channel opens/splice ins.

Hasher are required tosubmitt weak block once hr/day. That include the Coin base tx, to prove they a working on a block that correctly distributes to the pool.

Nostr could possible be used to share weak blocks, so Hasher's can correctly determine coinbase txs needed..

I'm sure there is far more nuances.. But I feel there is something here..
