Exactly. I said relay, but I guess really this could & should be more client-based than relay based. Allows an income stream for #[10]​ #[11]​ #[12]​ #[13]​ and others but also gives the users autonomy to opt-in and get paid while providing a cost incentive not to spam the crap out of everyone. Think Brave browser-esque design.
