Method III - Habits - your habits make you predictable, like the regular journeys you make and using the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. This is a double-edged sword: if you are unaware of your regular -- likely unconscious (lack awareness of surroundings) -- behaviour you will be easily controllable. However, if you have some sense of awareness, i.e are able to free some of your attention from your thoughts, then your habits become an advantage.
