#haven v0.2.2 release

- can now pick between badger and lmdb databases

- nginx/certbot docker compose file added

- fixes docker bug that caused collisions with binary

- fixes routing panic when viewing outbox webpage

Is WoT-relay going to get the option for both databases? I'm still running the badger branch without any issues. Just curious on the direction there.

Lmbd sucks

Extremely limited compared to a real database rlike postgres

Why do people keep using it on nostr?

It is significantly faster and allows you to run the relay on much cheaper hardware

Any benchmarks on nostr relay behavior available?

Yeah I'll probably add the option there too at some point
