I recently realized I would not be a sane Title Researcher and won't even give it a go.... in the process of liaisoning people to perfecting and claiming their Land Patents. There's a thorough historical title chain process that gets done and a lot of these deeds and title transfer instruments in the recorders basement are not only old but in cursive 😵‍💫
