if is a heavy chemtrail day is a bit too dark to have these benefits better to try to have a time before it or after in me eperience some of these chemtrail day we have somes morning etc with the sun before it turn too dark so this is the time to get the sun but the best is almost clear sky for sure 🫂🌞
