Last week I was in a supermarket checking if I could find some toothpaste without fluoride in it.

I looked at 20+ toothpastes.

Also the ones for children and they ALL had fluoride and other garbage in it!

So today I got some coconut oil, baking soda and peppermint oil and I made my toothpaste myself 💪

Fuck you fiat! Fuck you big pharma!

The more I disconnect from this clownery, the better I feel. Fucking easy to make, cheaper than that supermarket garbage and no doubt a lot healthier.

I did this same toothpaste recipe for years - worked great but it also can wear down the enamel on your teeth. Use gently.
