Maybe if they only tried primal and never came back after an hour of scrolling through a feed of the suggested follows.
Most either don't know about Nostr and hence don't talk about us.
Or they had a bad onboarding experience and think that nostr is too technically challenging to use or not popular enough to "waste their time on"
