I don’t think it’s a matter of “need”. Having children is a choice. It’s not like a purse or a pair of shoes that you “need” to have. It’s a human life. There’s no limit to how many children a couple can or should have. Every life is precious and bringing children into the world is not a burden on society. That’s just the typical communist brainwashing they want you to believe.
