Lol. Man we have it as staple for breakfast, lunch and dinner - and dessert out of it, for tea time. But tbh cutting back on rice gives a lot more energy. I was 42kg and had high cholesterol because I used to have nasi lemak daily (coconut rice for breakfast). Just stoping that got health back to normal. Reducing rice from few times a day to a few times a week has me feeling less laggard and pumps up speed. Also type of rice - sugar and fibre content makes a lot of difference
