How does it differ from Wormhole?
LocalSend just uses your local network. Wormhole uses their server
Localsend randomly stopped working for me :(
Most common cases are vpm without a local network access, firewall or your ISP changed your router configuration

True but they only use it to establish the connection, that is encrypted and they don't store anything
