If you die from Caffeine, how the heck is it Panera Bread's fault? For 1 they would have had to drink either an insane amount of they're lemonade to die, 2 wouldn't you already have to have an intolerance to caffeine? Suing them over this is DUMB! That's like suing the the saw company cause you put your hand in it.

Tbey will probably win. But it says she was diagnosed with heart disease at the age 5 so shit why she drinking drinks to pump up the heart. I mean this is why i never drink any of these COOL new dri ks at restaurants. Plus if you look at the ingredient list of the drink its probably all chemicals

True, they also clearly state the amount of caffeine in there on the machine.
