You can still broadcast transactions specifying what you’re willing to pay per vbyte, which doesn’t have to be remotely close to that number.
Broadcasts a 4sat/vb transaction... So you're saying there is a chance?
I mean, you can do it, but that does not mean it’s going to be included in a block.
You may need to wait for a long time before it clears.
I don't like seeing transactions in limbo due to low fee rate, so in this situation I would wait til it drops a bit then probably fomo at like 100 sat/vb thinking it I'd never going to get low again.
