Replying to Neopatriarch

Is anyone here into IOTA?

I have a seed from a few years back. I can't access it on my phone anymore.

Is there a Linux system I could use?

Please advise.

PS I just want to flip out into Bitcoin.

iota is now using their "firefly" wallet. there's an appimage on their github, for linux

there has been a couple upgrades during these last years, and it was quite hard to keep updated on everything going on in this project, but, in the end, I was able to access the few iitas I had from years ago.

Does it matter what distro of Linux? and what specs should I look for in a computer to have the best chance of existing my IOTA?
