nostr.band doesn't blast anything, it reads from everywhere.

Just to be clear nostr.wine doesnt broadcast to anything. Its a paid relay that its paid users can write to and anyone can read from.
filter.nostr.wine has aggregation/broadcasting functionality and you can read about it here: https://filter.nostr.wine
it does NOT broadcast to all known relays like blastr and it is only for our paid users (to control abuse/spam). The relays are listed in the readme.
