I would be inclined to believe you if the evidence put forward for the bombing of Al-Shifra hospital wasn't so wafer-thin.

A good chunk is about Israel/Palestine. I see things differently than Douglas regarding Ukraine (several points, not wholly disagree) but I thought he was right on point re Israel/Palestine.
