I have a friend who is fairly tenured at Fidelity and rather high within the company. she literally knows nothing about their ETF other than that launched recently. It's wild to me. I know more about their ETF details than she does.

Fidelity have 70k employees so that isn’t entirely surprising. I similarly have friends at the banks here in Aus (~50k staff) who have no clue about stuff I raise with them, heavily compartmentalised at that scale.
If they’re gonna know anything though it should be the value prop / sales pitch
You would think they'd at least know the basics but they don't seem to
