I think jumping on carnivore overnight right after giving birth is difficult and possibly dangerous. Do we know what specifically helps? Maybe just raise the amount of meat, get rid if junk food and most plants? Or even try meat with a bit of pure glucose to not experience keto flu?

Adapting before pregnancy is the best of course but would be nice to have some solution for women who didn't for any reason.

Definitely agree on that last part, and yeah that's why I'm careful to say RESEARCH it. I've heard tons of testimonials of it going amazingly for women who were already carnivore but I haven't dug into possible negative affects if transitioning in aggressively immediately post-birth
