This seems like "Chemophobia", "Mercury is in the vaccines!" kind of rhetoric. I.e. detect some trace amount of something, make a big deal about it, meanwhile it's such a tiny amount that it's the same thing you'd ingest from a McDonalds cheeseburger or whatever...
