In 1937 at MIT, he wrote what is widely regarded as the greatest masters thesis of all time (by some distance), where he invented electronics, digital logic, and digital programming all in the same paper, he went on to invent cryptography in the Appendix of the same paper.
Pretty sure he got an A.
