Depends on the exact letter of the law and the jurisdiction. I’m not totally clear on Missouri. But in PA. You can’t show or threaten with intent, you have to have probable cause they are going to cause physical harm, not just words. So showing someone with the tacit “you better watch yourself” could be considered brandishing and wind you up with a ride downtown. But we are an open carry state so just having it on your person is fine.

Missouri is way more relaxed than PA thankfully, I understand your intent to warn me though, I promise it only happens when the they try to touch me or get close to me anyways. the stand your ground laws in missouri are very strong
