its not intentional. anytime it tries to load a resource from the local network it will prompt this. So if someone has a localhost in their profile picture or relay list it will happen. Probably safe to just click no unless you have a local relay

if someone sets their profile picture url to "" then damus will try to load the profile picture, and you will get that popup because it would try to load it from the local network.
