Hell yea. I totally agree. Why eat lettuce when there is spinach. Raw spinach has flavor. Lettuce is just a vessel for water with no taste.

My issue it that there is a taste, and it makes me gag. Why? Idk. But it always has.

I like lettuce but peas and most types of beans make me gag. Or they did 15 years ago the last time I ate them.

I used to have a serious texture aversion to peans, but they don't bother me now. I rarely eat them though unless they are in chili or baked means with other stuff.
