The Florida law being used to charge middle school boys who generated likenesses of classmates is some hot garbage. What the fuck is "realistic" and how the hell is "identifiable" determined?
According to the law, a sufficiently accurate hand drawn likeness could also be illegal. It will be interesting to see how this law holds up.
