And even in the best case scenario it is only the number go up without the freedom go up part

When you're old and have almost all your wealth from your years of toil trapped in retirement accounts .. it's the best bet besides trapped / custodial Bitcoin/ETFs.

It'll be a long process to siphon that value outta the "system" and bring it into my private wallets. In the meantime .... tracking Bitcoin mathematically is all I can do.

Personally, for my money trapped in a FIAT retirement account, I prefer the Fidelity's Bitcoin ETF. I believe this is the lowest risk.

True, but it may allow certain funds that have investment restrictions to get access to Bitcoin price appreciation. As an individual, I recommend just buying #Bitcoin.
