Does that “senior” title improve your personal ability to create these? Does having that title improve the quality or craftsmanship?? Mm, it would not improve my skill but it would put me in a position to make judgment.
My job is to execute creation, not to design. Kind of like being a seamstress to a fashion designer, and I can't just put someone else's design up right?
If I were to create something I my own from start to finish, I would be free of course, but that's not really how I roll🙃
