To do github on #nostr, do we need to store the code and EVERYTHING on relays or just the social stuff like issues, comments, and PRs?

I'm imagining my local installation of GitLab/Gitea holds the code I care about, has all that tooling already built out, and fetches collaborative information from nostr relays.
