It's all in the post to reply ratio. There are exceptions but generally my best interactions on nostr are with folks that have at least equal post to reply ratio 🤙

I literally had a note I chose not to send out other day about exactly that, ha! Worded a bit more snarky, which is probably why it was a good call to not send it.
Meh I'm feeling a bit bad now for posting it but whatever.
My point is, this is a trending post on one of nostr's main clients, doesn't seem correct.
Nah, not a big deal, and yeah I guess I sidetracked from the main point which I also agree with. Trending is pretty trash for now. Growing pains I guess
Primal's trending sidebar is a sort of glimpse into a nostr catered to bitcointwitter expats. No idea if it is applicable for this scenario or not. But generally it seems geared towards that kind of user being put back in touch with their influencers. A lot of people find this totally useless, but there must an audience for this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not sure people will stick around though if they feel like their shouting in to the void.
Anyway, I digress - content discovery has been flagged as an issue many time. I think it's a known issue. I have high hopes that it'll improve in the coming year or so in the major clients.
Sure, that's the upside. However someone not coming from bitcointwitter will probably see the sidebar and think, yeah this is just Bitcointwitter2.
I'm not sure clients imagine such a user tho, which is my main issue, and it's a feedback loop.
But also, no my problem. I'm just along for the ride lol:)
